Todd was born in Iceland, while his dad was serving in the US Navy. The family later moved to South Jersey, about 30 minutes from Philadelphia, where Todd proudly grew up. As a young man living in a working-class neighborhood, Todd’s entrepreneurial spirit thrived. Even at a young age, he was constantly coming up with new and inventive ways to make money.

At the age of 16, he landed a job as a cooking apprentice at the world-famous Pine Valley Golf Club, where he discovered his love for the culinary arts.  By 19, he had graduated from a Top 3 Culinary School in the US, started a catering business, and was teaching adult cooking classes!

Growing up as a PK (Pastors Kid) Todd was introduced to the plight of others at an early age, and always loved helping and serving his community. His first international trip was to Haiti where he helped build an orphanage. This experience had a profound effect on Todd, and later led to him combining his passion for people and culture in the business world.

Todd went on to co-found an international student exchange company which was studied and featured at Columbia University.  After seeing the potential for value-add services, he expanded by founding two additional organizations, The Two-Week Tour and University Placement Services. Both companies helped the brightest talent get accepted to the best universities in the US, and by 2011 had brought in over $20m in revenue to US Universities.

Todd has been married to his wife Toni for 28 years and they have an adult daughter, Ashley. His unique insights and experience will make you think, reflect, laugh, and leave you radically inspired, empowered, and motivated to move forward personally and professionally. 

Todd’s mission is to equip and empower others to live transformed lives. He desires to see everyone live out the purpose filled life God intended! This desire continues to shape his life, his values and his purpose in all he pursues today.
